Over 16 years I've mapped patterns of human momentum — what creates it, what stalls it and what's often so easy to miss from the inside. Mind-set and speaking body is a winning combo.

This fieldwork is now a research-based playbook — a clear map, rapidly applied! —built from real client work, their real mess-ups and real results. Brought to life in every session.

I've rolled up my sleeves at IDEO, Pixar, Autodesk, Allianze & Stanford University -and start-ups like Strong Brew, Oru Kayak & Kreatives -guiding motivated individuals and teams to shape personal momentum in a vector towards something specific, visible and constructive.
